What products do you offer?
We sell bridal gowns, veils, and accessories. We also have a wide variety of complimentary drinks that are available during your appointment, so don't worry about bringing your own champagne. We've got you covered!
What is the price range of your gowns?
Our gowns are priced anywhere from $1,500 to $4,500. We will work with your budget to find the perfect wedding gown for you. Discounts are often found at sample sales and trunk shows, so keep your eye out for any upcoming events!
What is a sample sale?
Our sample sales allow you to buy your gown off the rack at deeply discounted prices. Sample sales are perfect for the bride that is looking to find a gown quickly, because they can go home with a gown on the same day of their appointment. Our samples come in a variety of sizes, and alterations can always help the sample gown fit you perfectly.
What is a trunk show?
A trunk show is a showcase of a particular designer’s collection. Trunk shows are great if you love a certain designer’s aesthetic. We are able to bring in many more of the designer’s gowns that we do not typically carry in the store, and the designer usually offers a discount if you purchase your gown during the event.
Do you accept walk-ins?
In order to get the best bridal experience at Marie and Marie Bridal, we prefer that appointments are booked ahead. This allows us to give you a unique experience that is tailored to your needs. Therefore, we are strictly by appointment only, and do not allow walk-ins.
When should I start shopping for my wedding gown?
We suggest that you start shopping for your gown 10-12 months before your wedding. Depending on the designer, some gowns can take up to 8 months to be delivered, and alterations can take up to 2-3 months. If you are in a hurry, some designers allow for rush orders. Sample sales are also a good option if the wedding date is only a few months away.
Who should I bring to my appointment?
We suggest bringing 1-4 people who’s opinions you value most, but you are allowed to bring up to 5 guests. They should be your closest friends and family. We want to help you find your dream gown, and sometimes too many opinions can get in the way!
What sample sizes do you carry?
Because we only carry one size per style, we try to accommodate as many brides as possible. Our sizes typically range from bridal size 8 to 14 which can be a street size 6 to 12. We also have a few plus size options available. Although the sample might not fit you like a glove, we have many tricks to get it as close as possible so you can envision what your gown will look like on your wedding day.
What should I bring with me to my appointment?
Bring nude or white undergarments that are similar in style to what you will be wearing on your wedding day. We also suggest bringing shoes with a heel size that is similar to what you plan on walking down the aisle in.
